For time:

Partner 1 - 60 feet** Overhead Walking Lunges, 35#/25# (timekeeper) – **(lunge from first to third lifting station and
back)

Partner 2 - Med Ball Cleans (Max Reps), 20#/14#

5 rounds

Then both partners do 50 Sit ups together.

Score = Team time and total Med Ball Cleans

Good job everyone....from the classes to the coaching. I know that things felt different without Tracey and Andy, but I am so proud of everyone for pulling together and giving 100 percent. Lets continue to be a strong crossfit community for each other and for Tracey and Andy.
