21 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 pood / 1 pood
12 Pull ups
100 Double Unders
12 minute cap
SCORE = time in minute and seconds
WOD 2
Karena
5 minutes
Complete 60 situps as a “buy in” then wallballs till the clock runs out
Competitor chooses ball weight.
Throw to the normal marks (boys 10feet / girls 8feet)
There is no difference between RX, Scaled, and Beginner.
SCORE = wallball reps x ball weight
WOD 3
Grace
Clean and jerk/press/push press, 135#/95#
6 minute cap
SCORE = time in minutes and seconds

After watching the video for Helena, I realized that Lisa and I completed 3 rounds instead of 2 rounds in the scaled division. Thats why our scores were so different Lisa. Oh well :)
