Saturdays at 10 AM and Wednesdays (starting 1/16) @ 5:15 PM

4 Stations:
1. Rowing for calories
2. Push Press 75/55
3. Pull Ups
4. Medicine Ball Cleans 20/14
Work for one minute at each station. Rest for one minute after each round. 4 rounds.
