Designed to help improve technique and develop a better understanding of the Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk and Snatch). The emphasis will be on skill development and proper movement patterns through repetition using light weight.
The Olympic Lifting Skills Class is for current transform CrossFit members ONLY and is included as part of your membership (This is separate from the Specific Strength Seminar described above). I so wish I could come to the Oly Lift Seminar :( I'll be skiing with Brad and Aileen and John Crowley in Beaver Creek. Life is tough I know but I'm still bummed not to be here!!
