Mondays and Thursdays through the middle of March
Note: New Age Groupings
Ages 3 to 5 years- 4 to 4:25 PM
Ages 6 to 8 years- 4:30 to 5:05 PM
Ages 9 to 11 years- 5:10 to 5:40 PM
We've also added a second class for teens:
Wednesdays at 5:15 to 6 PM and Saturdays at 10 to 10:45 AM

10 Kettle Bell Swings 55/35


135 lbs. 3-rep max overhead squat
Then: 132 reps @ 75 lbs overhead squat and 55 lbs kettle bell.

Andy's tip of resistance band stretch seems to have helped my shoulder which was feeling a little twingy after this.
Also that picture is beyond cute. And I'm SO excited about the new age groupings.

My "better half" Mary dropped in today
95# OHS 3RM (PR)
121 reps, 45# OHS, 35#KB
In the 2010 CrossFit Open one of the WODS required 80# OHS, and Mary was unable to complete ANY of them. I am so happy (and proud) of what she's accomplished since then!!! Way to go hon!!!
