Missing my tCF buddies! Just back from visiting the in-laws but had a chance for some Florida vacation WODs.
Friday Garage WOD (rain!)
10 rounds for time:
30 Double Unders
10 Push Ups
(Timer shut down but measured by sweat it was a good workout!)
Saturday with Coach Rachel
Sprint (behind bicycle riding 10 year old coach) to outside exercise bars
30 pull ups
30 box jumps on to a rock overlooking lake!
Sprint to basketball courts to check on husband and daughters
Sprint back to exercise bars and lake still behind Coach Rachel
40 pull ups
40 box jumps
Sprint back to house
(Coach Rachel is tough as my goal was 50 pull-ups and box jumps but she made me do 20 extra of each.)
Sunday - Rest Day
Monday Backyard WOD
Deck of Cards for time 23 minutes (while dodging landscapers!)
200 Double Unders
25 Push Ups
Unpack 6 suit cases and 6 carry-ons for time.
Looking forward to being back to my "happy place" tomorrow at tCF! Looks like I missed some really good WODs.
