Today was a great workout! Loved the sets of 3! Thanks to Andy for pushing me to add 20 lbs to the bar. And thankfully there were no squats today. Last Saturday's workout darn near killed me. I was hobbling all day Sunday with sore quads. Brutal.

Woohoo! It's so great to be back. I missed all things transform CrossFit!
