Good job Susanne!!!
This looks like an incredible workout! For those who were fortunate to do this, how did you like it? Was it fun? Did you almost throw up during the run/burpee part? I think I would have.

Although I modified it with the following:

3 -Hang Power Snatch
3 -OHS

and the burpess were bar pushups...it was still a doozy! everyone was sweaty and spent - SO YES! It was as good as it looked.
