FREE "TEASER" CLASS - ALL LEVELS CROSSFIT CLASS (SPACE IS LIMITED)
Our "Teaser" ALL LEVELS CrossFit Class (offered on select Saturdays**) is FREE for first-time clients! This complimentary class is your opportunity to learn a lot more about our program and to actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself alongside our current athletes. This Introductory All Levels CrossFit class is user-friendly and the perfect first-time experience. Please click HERE to view the Teaser Class schedule. We request that first-timers arrive at 9AM - 15 minutes before the start of class. Attendance at this introductory class is a prerequisite for membership.
At transform CrossFit, your understanding and safety comes first! The introductory class helps us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, medical history and experience. After the workout, we'll talk in detail about CrossFit and answer any questions you may have. The class, start-to-finish typically takes about 90 minutes. After your introductory All Levels CrossFit class you may progress into one of our upcoming FOUNDATIONS sessions. The maximum capacity per class is 15 people and ONLY 5 SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FIRST-TIMERS SO SPACE IS LIMITED. Reservations are required (no drop-ins). GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT CLASS FORMAT
All classes are conducted in a small group setting. CrossFit is the sport of fitness! As with any sport, at transform CrossFit you’ll find community, camaraderie, competition and fun! Classes typically begin with a warm up and dynamic stretching. Then we move into an overview of a strength and/or skill element that will be used in the Workout Of the Day (WOD). Once the warm up and skill/strength component is complete, we will perform the WOD (The WOD typically takes less than 30 minutes). Classes are typically about 45 minutes in duration. The above description is only to be used as a general guideline. The actual use of class time may vary.
Please note that EVERY client is required to complete CrossFit FOUNDATIONS before being able to participate in any of the ALL LEVELS CrossFit classes. FOUNDATIONS meets 2x per week for 3 weeks & a variety of time slots are available.
CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS - (LIMIT 15 PEOPLE PER CLASS)
FOUNDATIONS is designed for new crossfitters. Each class lasts about 1 hour. During these classes we will introduce (or review) the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit and some others, as well as nutrition, theory, technique, a typical warm-up and a sample workout involving what was addressed that day. ALL LEVELS CROSSFIT CLASSES - (LIMIT 15 PEOPLE PER CLASS)
Once you have completed CrossFit FOUNDATIONS you may participate in ALL LEVELS CrossFit classes. These workouts will follow the WOD and are scalable to ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
