STEP 1: FREE "TEASER" ALL LEVELS CROSSFIT CLASS
Join our Introductory All Levels CrossFit "Teaser" class! It's FREE for first-timers! This complimentary class is your opportunity to learn a lot more about our program and to actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself alongside our current athletes. The Teaser Class is user-friendly and the perfect first-time experience. We request that first-timers arrive at 9AM - 15 minutes before the start of class. Attendance at this introductory class is a prerequisite for membership.
At transform CrossFit, your understanding and safety comes first! The introductory class helps us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, medical history and experience. After the workout, we'll talk in detail about CrossFit and answer any questions you may have. The class, start-to-finish typically takes about 90 minutes. After your introductory All Levels CrossFit class you may progress into one of our upcoming Foundations sessions.
The maximum capacity per class is 15 people and ONLY 5 SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FIRST-TIMERS SO SPACE IS LIMITED.

STEP 2: FOUNDATIONS
Please note that EVERY client is required to complete transform CrossFit Foundations before being able to participate in any of the All Levels CrossFit classes. Foundations meets 2x per week for 3 weeks & a variety of time slots are available.
At transform CrossFit, we are committed to fundamentals. All too often, individuals attempt to rush too quickly from the basics towards advanced movements. This rush typically leads to increased risk of injury and a delay in progress. The CrossFit mantra is: mechanics, consistency, and then intensity.
Foundations is designed for new CrossFitters. Each class lasts about 1 hour. During these classes we will introduce the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit** (see below), the Olympic lifts, and several others, as well as nutrition, theory, technique, a typical warm-up and a sample workout involving what was addressed that day. The intensity of the workouts will progressively increase over the 3 week period. The maximum capacity per class is 15 people so space is limited. Reservations are required.

STEP 3: ALL LEVELS CROSSFIT CLASSES / UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
Once you have completed CrossFit FOUNDATIONS you should be ready to participate freely in the regular All Levels CrossFit classes (WODs). Every exercise & every workout can be scaled or modified for the variety of fitness levels existing within. The maximum capacity per class is 15 people. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Track your workouts (and your progress!) in your personal workout journal, on our blog, and/or at www.crossfit.com. Be sure to document the weights used, any modifications/scaling and the amount of time it took to complete the workout.
COMMIT

**The 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit include: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Med Ball Clean, Sumo Deadlift High Pull.
