STEP 1: FREE "TEASER" ALL LEVELS CROSSFIT CLASS**
This complimentary introductory class is user-friendly and the perfect first-time experience. For more information click HERE. Start-to-finish takes approximately 90 minutes. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 5 FIRST-TIMERS. **First-time clients ONLY.
Due to the steady growth of transform CrossFit over the past year, we are not offering “Teaser Classes” during the month of March. Our number one priority is to provide excellent coaching to those athletes who have placed their trust in us and we must carefully adjust through each phase of growth.
Some “Teaser Classes” will be offered later in the spring. If you are interested in participating, please send an e-mail to Traceymahaney@aol.com and we will keep you updated with the latest information!
STEP 2: FOUNDATIONS (2x/week for 3 weeks)
YOU MAY ENROLL IN FOUNDATIONS ONLY AFTER YOU'VE ATTENDED AN INTRODUCTORY ALL LEVELS CROSSFIT CLASS. SPACE IS LIMITED TO 15 PEOPLE PER CLASS.
