"Cindy" - AMRAP in 20 minutes of: 5 Pull ups / 10 Push ups / 15 Squats
Start on one side of the room. Do 20 burpees. Lunge to the opposite side of room. Do 19 burpees. Lunge to the original side. Do 18 burpees. And so forth... all the way down to 1 Burpee.
3 rounds for time of: 50 Push ups / 50 Sit ups / 50 Squats
For time: 100 Squats / 100 Pull ups / 200 PUsh ups / 300 Squats / 100 Lunges
Bodyweight "Fran" - 21-15-9 reps of: Burpees / Pull ups
3 rounds for time of: 800 meter run / 75 Squats / 50 Sit ups
AMRAP in 20 minutes of: 400 meter run / 20 Pull ups / 30 Walking Lunges / 40 Push ups / 50 Squats
Run 5k
AMRAP in 15 minutes of: 30 Lunges / 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
"Barbara" - Complete 5 rounds (resting 3 minutes between each round) of: 20 Pull ups / 30 Push ups / 40 Sit ups / 50 Squats (Time each round separately)
"Annie" - 50-40-30-20-10 reps of: Double Unders / Sit ups
4 rounds for time of: Run 400 meters / 50 Squats
100 Burpees for time
AMRAP in 12 minutes of: 10 Push ups / 20 Sit ups / 20 meter Walking Lunge
21-15-9 reps of: Lunges / Sit ups / Burpees
