Keith started as a member at Transform in 2018. The coaches and community helped him develop a passion for health and fitness that changed his quality of life both inside and outside the gym. This motivated him to obtain his CrossFit L1 certification and become a fitness coach to pay it forward.

You can catch Coach Keith leading group classes or helping his abundance of personal training clients transform their health and crush their fitness goals. He's also passionate about mobility and leads weekly stretch classes. Keith is energized to educate and support others on their path of health and self-improvement. In his free time, he enjoys cooking for his friends and learning to code. Ask him about his favorite dishes!
