As a gym in Issaquah, we provide more than just a place for fitness, we cultivate a fitness experience. From our uncompromised quality of coaching to our exceptional equipment and obsession with cleanliness, we have full confidence in our ability to help you exceed your fitness goals.
We fully support and are abiding by all of the rules and guidelines set by our Governor, King County, and the Washington State Department of Health regarding our operations and masking. We will continue to provide individualized equipment and require RSVPs for group classes. In addition, we will continue with our enhanced cleaning protocols and sanitation of all gym equipment. If you are feeling ill, we appreciate you staying home to rest and keep our community safe.
Hands down we believe that fitness is a family affair! As a gym in Issaquah, we pride ourselves in creating an environment that is both safe and fun for all ages from our music to coaching and community etiquette. We support parents setting a positive example for their children and love having families and couples workout together. Check our rates page for add-ons.
All of our fitness classes in Issaquah are 1 hour long. We guide you through a warmup, strength or skill segment, and then a kick-ass workout, followed by a cool down.
We specialize in working with individuals from all backgrounds including previous injuries. We've all been bruised and battered from rec sports, unfortunate accidents, and the pride-crushing hamstring pull from trying to outrun our kids or grandkids. Though an injury can be viewed as a setback, there are always modifications that can be made to optimize your experience, rehab your injury, and focus on injury prevention. Contact our gym in Issaquah for a coaching consultation so we can customize a plan that works for you!
We have worked with many women throughout their pregnancy and postpartum experience. We've learned from previous clients that a daily check-in and assessment of how you are feeling helps create a workout that will optimize your experience. Maintaining fitness throughout your pregnancy has many health benefits. We look forward to supporting your goals during this exciting time.
We've got you covered. We have both male and female showers open during normal gym hours.
Of course, because your safety is our priority. Though we have never had to use our AED, we want you to know that ALL of our coaches are AED and CPR certified and go through training on an annual basis.
Yes, we have ample free parking in front of our gym space!
We believe it takes more than one drop-in to see if we are a good fit for you which is why we offer a free week at Transform to all new members. In addition, we offer various memberships, discounts, and corporate packages. Send us a message for further inquiries.
We understand life happens, which is why we don't lock you into a long-term contract. All we require is an email 30 days before your membership change, hold or cancellation goes into effect.
We welcome drop-ins! Visit this link to sign our waiver and RSVP to one of our classes.
We require RSVPs for group classes. Changes to a class reservation can be made up to an hour before the class starts. There will be a $7 charge for no-shows.
