Need a smoothie recipe that keeps you feeling healthy and balanced?
Checkout Coach Andrew's go-to smoothie recipe:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 scoop of protein powder (any protein works great)
- 1-2 scoops of CB nuts organic peanut butter (for a high-fat option) or 1 scoop of PB2 (for a lesser-fat option)
- *Option to throw in a cup of oats
Just ice and blend it all together and enjoy! Exercise without proper nutrition will get you nowhere fast! This is a great recipe for your morning breakfast or post-workout.
