Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting consists of snatch, clean, and jerk. These two movements are known to produce some of the highest power outputs in all of sport. We incorporate Olympic weightlifting into our fitness training at Transform in Issaquah because it's a great way to decrease body fat, build muscle, increase strength, enhance coordination, and maximize strength training. These types of lifts also target the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles which help promote flexibility and stability across our joints. When it comes to women, Olympic Weightlifting is essential in strengthening bones and preventing osteoporosis and bone fractures.
