What is Open Gym?
Open gym is a great opportunity to work at your own pace. This is an hour built into our schedule where members may come and go as they need. The hour is open for you to work on your personal goals. In fact, you may find each member during that hour working on something different.
Did you miss a WOD during the week that you want to make up?
Are you working on building a particular skill like the pull-up or snatch?
Do you want to check in with a coach one on one?
Do you have specific programming you need to get in for an upcoming race?
Do you want an hour to stretch?
Do you want to hop on the bike or rower to fit in some cardio?
Do you have a rough day and need an hour to plug in your headphones and grind?
Can’t make the other class sessions and still want to get in the WOD?
Are you working on alternative programming such as our FLEX program?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions. Open gym is a great hour for you to take advantage of. We always have a coach on staff available to answer your questions.
