Fundamentals
Fundamentals is your first step at Transform. You will be guided through the nine foundational CrossFit movements, Barbell basics, CrossFit etiquette, focus on goal setting and ensure you are prepared and confident to enter group classes. Your free week drop in will help us assess which package is best for you. Members seeking to bypass fundamentals can meet with a coach for a one on one fitness assessment to ensure you are capable of performing movements safely. We want to optimize your experience at Transform and even if you have CrossFit experience but it has been a while, fundamentals is a great way to revamp your technique and transition back into group classes with ease.
Barbell Basics
- Two 1 hour sessions with a Certified CrossFit Coach
- A beginner friendly program custom tailored to your fitness level
- Learn the industry standard barbell progressions including snatch, clean, and jerk
- Personalized goal setting to maximize your efforts in the box
Fundamentals
- Five 1 hour sessions with a Certified CrossFit Coach
