Team Training
Ready to Transform Your Team Training
What is Team Training?
This is an advantageous opportunity to elevate your team’s strength and conditioning. Our teams traditionally follow a six to ten-week cycle depending on their availability.
Each week we will be introducing a new element of fitness which will create a broad range of learning capabilities behind sport and fitness. Each class is structured with a warm-up, strength or skill segment, and high-intensity workout led and instructed by a certified coach.
Our primary goal is to ensure the athletes have concrete takeaways to enhance their decisions and performance on and off the court or field. Incorporating these elements in a fitness training program will demonstrate how a dynamic regimen can bring a competitive advantage to the athletic arena.
When it comes to winning, the effort is what defines success. Those who show up and put in the work will benefit for years to come. Strength and conditioning are essential to being a well-rounded athlete but should not overshadow the significance of footwork, breathing, and mental conditioning.
In addition to team training sessions, we offer three different lectures on nutrition, sleep and recovery, and mobility and injury prevention for athletes and parents. Strength and conditioning must be paired with the knowledge and execution of these components to maximize your results.
