Small Group Strength Training at Transform Fitness
Our Small Group Strength Training program is designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and gain confidence — all in a focused and supportive environment. With only 3–6 members per class, you’ll receive hands-on coaching, personalized feedback, and a plan tailored to your goals.
•Schedule: Mondays & Fridays at 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM
•Group Size: 3–6 members
• Duration: 60 minutes
• 8-week program
Program Focus
- Foundational Strength: Learn proper form in compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, and presses. Build lean muscle safely and efficiently with expert coaching.
- Accessory Work: Strengthen weak points, improve balance, and enhance overall performance through targeted accessory movements.
- Core & Stability: Develop a stronger midline and better posture to support your lifts and everyday movement.
- Mobility & Recovery: Increase flexibility and range of motion to improve technique, prevent injury, and move better.
- Nutrition & Progress Tracking: Each participant receives a personalized nutrition plan with macro guidance, along with InBody body composition scans to measure progress throughout the 8-week program.
What to Expect
Every 60-minute class is structured for steady, measurable progress:
- Warm-Up: Dynamic mobility and activation to prepare your body for strength work.
- Primary Lifts: Focused, progressive strength training with proper technique and load progression.
- Accessory Work: Targeted exercises to build balance, stability, and muscle endurance.
- Cool Down: Guided stretching and recovery to maintain movement quality.
